Klio a spacious open plan house ideal for 2 guests, where you can have a relaxing time by enjoying a comfortable sleep; have a coffee and/or a drink at a nice and cozy balcony above the sea. The apartment is recently fully renovated (2024) in order to meet the highest expectations.

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.
