Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway.

The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows & will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

Relax and renew in this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy cabin is family friendly, is on a 23 acre private forest estate, and just 7 minutes from Mendocino village and the coast. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 4 people. It has redwood beams, vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and a private deck. The cabin and home where the host lives is on a private road, with pond, fruit orchard, and 1/4 mile walking trail to the seasonal fantastic 100 foot waterfall lookout.

The Village Bungalow

The Village Bungalow is a spacious second story one plus bedroom Flat with both ocean and village views. The home is open and bright with many large windows. The master bedroom has a queen sized and full sized bed. The full sized bed is in a nook off to the side of the master bedroom, with barn doors to close off the space. The third bed is a queen, it is in a nook off the living room, it also has barn doors for privacy. The home is close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

Larkin Meadow House

Larkin Meadow House is a spacious and comfortable home situated on almost two acres of private land and conveniently located less than a mile away from Mendocino Village. The downstairs features three bedrooms, one and a half baths, an updated kitchen, and electric fireplace. The upstairs is a separate studio with private deck (with a partial ocean view), king sized bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Cozy modern furnishings throughout.

Our place is within a mile of Mendocino Village where you can find restaurants, eclectic stores to suit any fancy and access to the beach for walks and exploring. You’ll love the Bungalow with its high ceilings, sounds of nature and cozy feel that creates the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The hot tub (press only “jets” or “lights”) combined with the amazing landscaping make the perfect ending to a day of exploration and fun.
