Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area. Would definitely return to this area as well as this property. Palisades Reservoir is very large, and (at least during our stay in September) not at all busy. Usually on a lake that size, it's awfully busy with ski boat and not always SUP friendly. However, we paddled every day, rarely saw other boats at all, and always had plenty of open water to ourselves. What a treat. There are small towns ~15-20 to the north and the south. We did visit each. But we ended up cooking most meals at the cabin and enjoying that time much more than going into town. The cabin is easy to find and right off the main highway. The proximity to the lake is nice, but certainly comes with the tradeoff of hearing more road noise during the day. There were a few maintenance items not quite up to date at the cabin. But nothing that soured our stay at all. And all simple fixes that I'm sure the owner and/or manager will quickly fix.

Absolutely loved staying here. The photos don’t do it justice. Very private and scenic back porch. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking tool you might need. My friends and I came while there was still snow on the ground and the views from the air b and b were just stunning. Driveway was perfectly plowed as well. I would stay here again 10/10.

This was a very nice home, and we enjoyed our stay! The view from the deck was gorgeous, and it was so peaceful sitting outside! Bring your sunscreen if you plan to sit outside because you will burn! We had three couples stay, and we each had our own spaces (level) with a bathroom on each floor, which was very nice! Easy to check in, host responded right away with questions. You will be driving up the hill/mountain so plan ahead and be prepared. You will definitely need a 4x4 vehicle. I could see it be very challenging to drive when they get a lot of snow. We stayed the last week in March and they did receive some snow before we arrived but the temps were great so it was all melting too. The road is gravel and there were potholes just make sure you follow the speed limit signs, as you get up to the driveway area the snow/mud can make it a bit challenging, again 4x4 is a must. We were able to park a vehicle in the garage, a truck outside and a truck/trailer in the driveway.

Awesome place to spend a weekend in the mountains. We used all the amenities… the grill, the hot tub, the games etc.

We had a great, peaceful overnight stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. We also loved the little store right next door so we didn’t need to do more driving. We had a great stay!

This place was wonderful for our snowmobile trip, we always do a Wyoming trip and we will book this again and again! Now if only Kyle can make sure there is always fresh powder that would be great 👍 haha 😂 very awesome stay would recommend it to anybody who loves the outdoors!!

This place is absolutely perfect. Its extremely private, tucked in the mountains. The house is exactly as advertised. Sitting in the tub in the master bedroom with the snow coming down was absolutely magical. The house is immaculate, spacious and has lots of rooms for all the guests. Its beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. We will absolutely be booking this again!

This location suited us as we needed to travel to Thayne each day for work. Cary was a great host, checked in on us, and made sure everything was going well. We rented this spot also bc we were allowed to bring our yorkie, and as it turned out, there was another yorkie on site! Overall, we had a fantastic trip. Thank you!

This home was comfortable and welcoming. Easy 2 couple home with 1 bedroom and bath downstairs and private. This is not a basement just an entry level bedroom . Neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk dogs. Many hiking opportunities close by to enjoy The mountainside rainbow and overnight snow dusting were bonuses!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being able to walk down to the snake river was amazing, and we definitely liked having our own fire pit.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful location. The house was peaceful and had everything mentioned in the listing.

Jamie’s place was perfect for our family. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location of the home was close to many activities, yet was private and secluded for relaxation. Jamie was very responsive to any questions we had and shared ideas for activities during our week.

Had a very relaxing and fulfilling stay. My only regret was not staying longer. Wanda is a terrific host and was willing to accommodate me if I needed anything extra to make my stay more enjoyable. If you want to get back to basics and let your hair down, this is the place for you. I fully intend to do it again.

We loved staying here! The cabin was the perfect combination of woodsy getaway and cozy home. We loved eating dinner on the balcony with an amazing view of the valley. We also enjoyed walking around the wonderful community the cabin is located in.

Very nice place, my family and I loved a lot! House is surrounded by amazing mountains, you can make some fire at night and see a lot of stars. Definitely recommend to others!! Not far from Jackson and Yellowstone park.

We loved the cabin - it is in a perfect location in beautiful surroundings. It is compact yet extremely functional. We had a family of 7 and all of us fit in there - even the pull out couch is comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

The cabin was the perfect size for us and we really enjoyed sitting outside facing the river and hearing the water. It was so peaceful.

Cabin was directly on Snake River, driving distance to downtown Jackson Hole. We booked a fishing excursion through Jackson Hole Anglers, who picked us up at the camp site. Convenient location with great views!

The cabin was comfy, a little tight fit with adults and luggage but worked for one night. Would love to check it out during summer and enjoy the river access!

My family and I decided to go on a trip last minute when we saw Ricks place come up. What caught our eye was the word cozy. We have a new born and we were looking for something cozy, clean and relaxing. Did some more digging on Ricks place to only find out that it matched our needs exactly. The room felt inviting, spotless and smelled like fresh laundry. That's just for the room. Rick was an excellent host that helped us get settled in all while providing instant and continuous communication throughout our stay. He also went out of his way to set up a Pack N Play and high chair for our baby boy. Rick knows how to take care of his guests. Needless to say, we will be coming back next year. 11/10.

Our stay a the log cabin was wonderful. It was peaceful and quiet with a very nice view of the Palisades Reservoir. It was very close to the Wyoming border and about roughly 1 hour from Jackson, WY. A good location for us as we did not want to be in all the congestion in Jackson, WY. When we left we made our way into Yellowstone and into Montana. Vinnie was responsive and friendly. We would stay here again.
