Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τελευταίο όροφο με roof garden , με θέα στην πλατεία του Αγ. Διονυσίου & θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Μόλις 08' με τα πόδια από το κέντρο & 05' από τα ΚΤΕΛ. Υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα/πέργκολα περίπου 35m2 με φωτισμό, παγκάκια, καρέκλες & τραπέζια, ηλεκτροκίνητη τέντα, BBQ. Δυόροφο κατάλυμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με κουζίνα,ψυγείο,plasma TV,καφετέρια, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο και σιδερόστρα, 2 Wc(ένα σε κάθε όροφο),τζάκι,2 τριθέσιους καναπέδες.
