Nestled in the scenic countryside of Northamptonshire, conveniently located just a few miles from Silverstone Circuit the M1, A5 & the M40 provide excellent transport links. Well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, tv & WiFi. Simple continental breakfast. Perfect as a romantic getaway, cyclists & walkers & for working in the area. Pets MUST be crated.

Beautiful Thatched Cottage Annex with Piano

Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

The Cobbles

Brand New for April 2023! The Cobbles is a self contained spacious one bedroom cottage with a private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen diner, sitting room with log burner and sofa bed. Super king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Free private parking with plenty of space for trailers. Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

The Annexe Newnham, Nr Daventry, Northamptonshire

A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

The Art Barn

Relax in this beautiful and secluded rural haven. The Art Barn is a part of Tunningham Farm, a long established family home nestled in a dip in the landscape between two villages. Although not a working farm there are sheep, horses, hens ducks and various friendly dogs on the premises. The Art barn was created as an art studio, and is still used as such. Set in a large garden with fields behind and surrounding it, the Barn is the perfect place to rest, reset and refresh yourself.

Cosy country cottage

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

16th Century Thatched Farmhouse

Available as a 1 or 2 bed, peaceful chocolate box thatched farmhouse located in the beautiful village of Sulgrave on the Oxfordshire/Northants border. Built in 1540 by George Washington’s ancestors and operating as a historic wool farm. The farmhouse has recently undergone a large, sympathetic renovation. A traditional honey stone thatched farmhouse with an inglenook fireplace, traditional farmhouse kitchen & original roll top bath with all the modern day comforts.

Private Annexe in Northamptonshire Village

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes.
