In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

So können Sie stressfrei an- und abreisen.

Das helle Studio (ca. 37 qm) befindet sich in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus Quartier in Muri, Kanton Aargau. Das Studio ist ausgestattet mit 1 Doppelbett (Queen-size), Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, kleine Küche mit Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck (kein Backofen, keine Microwelle), Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. WLAN ist vorhanden. Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Bettwäsche, Bade- und Küchentücher stehen zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz istdirekt vor dem Studio.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Oase mitten in der Stadt

Die Einrichtung ist hell, modern und gemütlich. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm). Der Arbeits- und Essbereich ist hell und mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
