A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. Situated in a secluded wooded area , this property is located only one mile from Whiteface Mountain and the famous AuSable River. The home offers guests 3500 sq ft with a traditional Adirondack style, with many rustic elements incorporated into a contemporary design. These include features such as an open floor plan with 30 foot cathedral ceilings in the living room and in-floor radiant heating, wood burning fireplace, granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, and log railings.

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
