Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

My husband and I had such an amazing stay! We took advantages of as many things as we could in the area while we were there and loved our little home away from home (Glamp Thomas.) This was the first of many times glamping for us! Thank you to our wonderful hosts. We will be back with our family.

We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again! Not only did we have so much fun snowmobiling and skiing, but also had a warm, cozy place to come back to after our activities. Eleanor is responsive and a very good communicator. She has thought of every detail and even keeps a fully stocked medicine cabinet!

My wife Christine and I stayed at Leslie and Michael’s gorgeous carriage house studio for three nights in April 2025. It was the second year in a row that we chose this fabulous Airbnb to celebrate our anniversary! Saratoga Springs is a fun place! It has a great vibe! And Leslie’s place is just the icing on the cake! The space is pristine and cozy! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to downtown. Very walkable! Leslie’s communication was superb and Michael greeted us when we arrived to show us the space. Leslie was attentive to us during our stay while also respectful of our privacy! A classy space and classy hosts! A number 1!

We had a great time at the yurt. Would definitely stay again. The view is gorgeous and the yurt is so cozy.

Dan’s place is wonderful for a quiet, romantic getaway. We loved the deck and the big green space to walk our dog. The apartment was spotless and smelled clean. Dan was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I are hoping to come back someday!

Our party of four adults and two small kids really enjoyed our weekend in this unique and tastefully renovated former barn. The linens, bedding, and towels were all top quality, the kitchen was well equipped, and overall the place was comfortable and spotless. The location is super private and quiet, surrounded by nature and farmland, including an on-site stream and sheep (that's not a typo). A great spot to stay for a visit to the northern Berkshires - Mt. Greylock and Mass MoCA are very nearby. Our visit was on a frigid winter weekend with a ton of snow and outside temps in the 20s, yet our indoor temps were toasty and very comfortable, especially with the wood stove.

My family of 8 (2 parents & 6 adult children) REALLY enjoyed staying at The Cow Barn Lodge! This home really is a great home away from home!! Donna & Jack greeted us & gave our family a great tour so that we knew where everything was & how to work & find all of the fantastic games and all the space had to offer us. The Cow Barn is huge, clean and well taken care of by Donna & Jack. Donna gave us great recommendations for a places to eat (Roots for dinner in Rutland was delicious & Sugar & Spice was a fantastic breakfast spot on our way to ski at Killington). We loved the location to easily get to ski all the local mountains & also do some great winter hiking at Mt. Ascutney. Since we have adult children, they really enjoyed their private spaces & the game room to play all together (we are a competitive family who loves to play pool and ping pong, but the barn had way more to offer!). As others have said as well, our 1st stay in a barn as a family was awesome!! Can't wait to return!

Our stay was lovely! We liked the privacy and the view of the VT landscape was beautiful! It had all of the amenities we needed for a nice relaxing weekend. Heather and Peter were accommodating of our late check-in and helpful and kind!

We absolutely loved our stay. The space was perfect for our holiday get away, and we loved all the amenities. The place was spotless and very well taken care of. We hope to make this our regular spot to stay when we are in the area. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving together at your lovely lodge. It was the perfect fit for all the age groups that were there for our feast and of course our very active grand puppy. The hosts were so kind and flexible, helping to accommodate for aging parents in wheelchairs. We would recommend this lodge to other guests for sure.

Beautiful setting and close to Cooperstown. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you need for an extended stay or comfortable getaway. Bring food and enjoy a night inside the cozy renovated barn. We were at home and hated to leave.

What a great long weekend! The property was beautiful, house was very neat and clean, and the views were AMAZING. Everything was as advertised. Hosts were great, responsive, and their instructions and expectations were crystal clear. Guests I was staying with were already talking about booking this location again for themselves in the future as we were checking out as they wanted to stay longer!!!

I loved staying in Suzanne’s little cottage while on the area for an art class at the New Skete monetary. Suzanne was so thoughtful as to prepare my first morning’s coffee and meet my every need. Thank you

So grateful for our weekend getaway at Larissa's. Everything was so peaceful and cozy. We have two little boys and Larissa was wonderful with making them comfortable to join in on the farm responsibilities, from feeding animals to gathering eggs and cleaning the barn. Our boys kept talking about Farmer Larissa and when they would see her and the animals again, (Finn and Bugsy especially!). We felt so warmly welcomed, in naturally good company and really can't wait to come back again for a longer stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Big Green Barn! Super cozy space located in the charming Manchester community. Plenty of space for two couples. We especially loved the unique artwork. 28 minute drive to Stratton Mountain. Could not have asked for a better long weekend getaway.

Wow, what a place. We were looking for a place to just a cousins girls weekend, in the woods/mountains some where. We wanted a big open space to gather, sleeping for 10 and privacy, we knew we would probably be loud (we laugh a lot and aren’t quiet by nature), this place hit the mark!! We brought all our food and drinks, the home had everything else we needed. This was probably the best weekend we’ve had in a long time. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the deck, enjoying the peace and sounds of nature!

Matt's place was very well equipped and was a good size for our group of 7. All the essentials that we needed were there. Great fun watching March Madness on the big screen TV. Convenient to many local places. Mill Pond Tavern and Buck Hill Farm a mere minutes away, and both were really good. We had a great weekend at Matt's barn!

We stayed at Apple Benton Farm in the Barn and it was everything we hoped for and more. The barn was beautifully decorated with charming rustic touches that made the space feel cozy and inviting. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hot tub was amazing—clean, private, and ideal for stargazing at night. The views and surrounding land were absolutely phenomenal—peaceful, scenic, and exactly the escape we needed. Our host, Ben, was fantastic—he responded quickly to our messages, gave clear and thoughtful instructions, and really made the stay feel like a personal, human experience. It’s clear he takes pride in creating a welcoming and clean environment. We drove three hours just to stay here for a couple of nights, and it was completely worth it. We would absolutely stay at one of Ben’s places again, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
