A beautifully appointed place right by the river. Very comfy and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We had the best 4 days staying here. The flat has everything anyone could need and a beautiful balcony as an added bonus. The location couldn’t be better, it was easy to walk anywhere and just pop in an out to drop off shopping or get changed. The host was very friendly and helpful, as was Chris, the neighbour. We had good communication and they were very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a 3 night stay at the Garden Flat. We were made very welcome and the accomodation had everything we needed. We were blessed with good weather so could make the best of the beautiful area and especially the peaceful, pretty garden. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The accommodation was lovely. Clean, modern and very comfortable. Lovely fixtures and fittings, comfy bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen. Great location, only a short walk into town.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed a! Absolutely stunning property, the photos don’t really do it justice as it’s so warm and roomy, loved the underfloor heating, bedding was beautiful. It was so lovely to arrive and have milk in the fridge his was a really nice touch. We really could have stayed much longer as we felt so at home. I will definitely be recommending your Airbnb to my friends, and hopefully we will stay again n the future. Thank you so much 😊

The flat was beautiful. Clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, private, well-equipped and within short walking distance of so many of the highlights of Harrogate. Joost responded quickly to any questions that I had and I genuinely loved the place. If ever again in Harrogate, I'd look to see if the flat was available! I'd highly recommend staying there.

We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. A beautiful, quirky cottage that was ideally suited. Very close to Newmillerdam and its restaurants and pubs. More suited to shorter guests below 5 foot 8 as the door frames, mirrors and shower are all pretty low. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Aiden was very professional and proactive in helping throughout the stay.

The corner cottage was the most idyllic, quintessential English cottage. You could feel the history of the building, with the exposed wooden beams and the large fireplace with the stove. Although, we found that we didn't have to use the stove at all in the end, as the temperature of the cottage was perfect. It's an ideal location, with the lovely, large Jacob Smith Park a short walk away, and a short approx 5 minute drive to the car parks in central Knaresborough, by the River Nidd. There's lots of lovely cafes and cute independent shops in Knaresbrough to visit and peruse. Georgina was an excellent host. Very approachable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this AirBNB to anyone.

Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

beautiful little peice of heaven here, everything you need for a break away from home, the views are breath taking the peace and quiet you get whilst your staying there make for the most relaxing break, Jeni and Roger are the nicest couple you will meet helpful and full of knowledge of the area, nothing is too much to ask of them. they were they to greet us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, they had set out some seats in the beautiful garden and showed us round. the annex was lovely and clean well set out, the bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and duvets is needed, plenty of towels also. they was also a selection a dvds and books on offer. would most definitely stay here again, if you would have us, thankyou for having us Jan & Beth xx

Firstly Masham is such a beautiful market town, it’s like you have stepped right back in time to C18th, save that there’s a chippy round the corner and some great bakeries and cafes. Jack and Abigail’s wee studio is perfect if like me you want a couple of days of absolute peace. It was spotless, private, safe and had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sue

Extremely friendly and helpful host. Welcomed me and showed me the place and how everything worked. They are very generous with the extras they provide also.

Chris’ place is great! Very clean and uncluttered. The spiral stair is very steep! It was a short walk down hill to the town which is beautiful. Very picturesque! The views from the windows of the property are mostly of fields but lovely to see the trees. You can also see the church from the bedroom window. The road to town is very busy and fast, but it is short and when in the property you can’t hear it.

The unit was well equipped and very clean. It was located close to the Stray and to the town centre, which could both be accessed by foot. The heating was very effective, which was perfect for the cold April nights. We had the ground floor unit, which included an off road parking space, although road parking at that location was also free. The host (Ellie) provided all the essential information, on arrival, during our 3 night stay, and on departure. Although we did not encounter any issues, and hence we did not need to contact her beyond that. However, she was certainly available when needed.
