Spacious apartment on two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, two TV, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod dock, washing machine, dishwasher and parking in front of the house. In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die angrenzenden Wiesen und Wälder laden zu kleinen und auch grossen Spaziergängen ein. Quiet but in the center of the city, you will reach many excursions in the Black Forest, the near Elsass and Baden in general and the beautiful city in Lahr in only a few minutes.

Historisches Gebäude ehemaliger Bahnhof

Seit ca. 200 Jahren ist der Bahnhof ein Platz für Reisende und Urlauber. Heute kann man darin wohnen. Egal ob mit Freunden oder im kleinen Familienkreis. Hinter der Bahnlinie (5min Fußweg) findet ihr einen kleinen Bach, Felder, Wald und Wiesen. Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald, Nordelsaß, Europapark oder das Europabad sind von der Unterkunft aus gut zu erreichen.

Die Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Parken können sie direkt vor dem Haus. Bis nach Bühl sind es 2,7 km und nach Baden-Baden ca. 10 km.
