Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Spa Villa Skaloma

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Kalafatis Beach Home 2(Side Sea View)

It is the second autonomous apartment in the same space, behind "kalafatis beach home 1". Another 30sqm apartment. with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, a kitchen and a WC. Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι πολύ κοντά στις αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις του Προμηθέα, Τόφαλος και Golden tennis club. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα σε σταθμό τρένου, στάση λεωφορείου και μόλις 80μ. από την παραλία.
