Staying at any of Chelsea’s places is truly an experience. Her places are beautiful and well-kept. We have never had a bad experience staying at her places.

Our stay was great! The place was spotless, beds were super comfortable and instructions to get to the place and to check in were perfect! Definitely an amazing experience, thank you so much!

Pam is incredibly hospitable and friendly. She was almost immediately responsive to any questions or concerns I might have, and she showed genuine appreciation for choosing her unit.

Micah is a delightful hostess and her property was beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable!!! We would be thrilled to stay there again!!! It was a lovely, soft place to land after two weeks of intense travel and relocating!!! Thanks again!!!

Cheryl was there to greet us and made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Highly recommend if staying in the area.

We enjoyed our stay, one of the main reasons we choose this location was it is walkable to West Jefferson. Plenty of space to feel at home, very clean with everything you need. Loved the mcm look and the hardwood floors. Mark was very informative with all communication. We would definitely stay again.

Sage’s place was perfect. It was clean and cozy, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for walking to downtown Damascus and accessing the VA creeper trail. The outdoor spaces were lovely as well. Sage and Lisa had great recommendations for local restaurants and the house had lots of trail maps and information about local hikes. Our 2 kids enjoyed the selection of games as well. Highly recommend this and we hope to be back again.

This is the 3rd time we've rented David and Sharlene's house....which should speak for itself! Beautiful location, unbelievably comfortable and well stocked home including kitchen equipment and bath and laundry supplies, and close to everywhere you might want to go from the Creeper Trail and the Holsten River in the backyard, to the cute little winery down the street, and centrally located between Abingdon (for arts and food) and Damascus (for biking and hiking).

Perfect location, close to shopping and food. Plenty of room and clean home. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

Nice spot. All necessities were in the house. Comfy beds. Nice to have upstairs and downstairs on separate thermostats. Clear directions from host about how to find it and what they expected from us. Also nice to have a bathroom on each floor.

Amy's place is always super cozy and just what a tired teacher needs on spring break 😊 she had everything you could need and more. communication and extra bits of information were super helpful. would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet couple of days!

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed here for a weekend base of operations for our daughter's senior prom! It was convenient for multiple things that she needed to be close to in Johnson City, and to help out logistically with other things in the surrounding areas! It was also just a short drive or long walk for some beautiful downtown photo areas. It also helps that it was charming, clean, and well kept for a 127 year old house! Plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. Only downside we had was the beds were a little "too firm" for some of the guests, but that may be just personal preference and wouldn't be a deal breaker for staying again! No other if any real complaints for this property!

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. We stayed 8 nights. Spotlessly clean , clutter free, much larger than the photos. An abundance of paper towels, quality, toilet paper, tissues & coffee pods. 20+ units nestled in a lovely country neighborhood yet a short drive , 6 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. They’re called condos, but are more like townhouses, very private. Beautiful view of the water from the little back deck. Honestly I feel they could charge more. We would absolutely stay again.

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.

We stayed at Heather & Shawn’s while visiting family in JohnsonCity for about a week. This location was probably one of the best Airbnbs we stayed out. The property looks just like the photos, very clean, near everything in the area and Heather was very communicative! We’d love to stay at their property again when visiting Johnson City in the future - it’s a great hidden gem.
