Only 5 miles from the coast, it is well positioned for access to spectacular sandy beaches and beautiful countryside. The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes is 10 mins away. Relax in the tranquility, the very private heated pool or the beautiful countryside. Pets are very welcome.

No. 4 is a traditional sea side cottage with sea views a stone throw away from the beach in the heart of New Quay. Cwmderi is an old Welsh cottage at the heart of a working farm and with superb views of the Cynin valley. The cottage has been restored in an open-plan style to a very high standard in traditional ways using local materials, at its centre is a large wood stove. There are places for picnics on the farm and plenty of quiet walking routes around the area.
