Lovely place with amazing views and super access to ‘extras’ in the accommodation such as games. Beware the low door heights upstairs if you’re a tall person!!

We stayed here due to its proximity to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where my husband had major surgery. There's a shared garden which is secure, and a couple of parks just along the road for dog walking. The hospital is a 10 - 15 minute walk which saved the hassle of trying to park there. On street parking never seemed too busy and we were always able to park right outside the door of the flat, which helped tremendously when my husband wasn't too mobile. We could sometimes hear people moving about in the flat upstairs but there were no intrusive noises. It was quieter than we expected even though on a main road. It was just what we needed.

Amazing property with very spacious and well looked after rooms. Elodie herself was very helpful and always responsive. I would definitely recommend going down to the stables to meet Femme, Bourbon (the horses) and her dog as well!

Malcolm & Carrie were very attentive throughout our stay, and had great communication from the start. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of bedding / towels abs amenities. Everything was clearly marked abs explained from from the heating to the bins. We even had a few complimentary treats which were a lovely thought. We would thoroughly recommend Malcolm and Carrie, and would hope to visit again! Thank you! 😀

We loved this stay! The home had such character to it and it was so roomy! Each room was decorated differently and there were so many parts to the house. It was incredibly clean and welcoming and we were even given snacks and welcome drinks on arrival! The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of wardrobe and hanging space for clothes and the bathrooms were immaculate too. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. It even had a games room which we wish we had more time to explore. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Jacqueline!

Beautiful bungalow in a peaceful location with easy access to the city

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

Beautiful apartment. Recently renovated period property with high ceilings and intricate cornicing. Everything appears brand new. Very warm and unlimited hot water. Wheelchair access. Spacious with large rooms. Peaceful surroundings in a rural area. The children loved watching the rabbits in the grounds. Walking distance to the village. Easy access to town, supermarket etc Slightly difficult to find as the original postcode given wasn’t in my satnav and no directions or address were given but Kelly responded when contacted. The apartment is managed by a leasing company who manage lots of properties in the Aberdeen area. You have to provide an email address and sign their own agreement and provide photo ID. There was some confusion as the lease agreement says no pets but the Airbnb listing says pets welcome. This was however quickly resolved and we were able to bring our dog as planned. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Excellent basement flat. Very spacious rooms. Clean and clutter free. Soft sofa cushions. Wifi ok, but was off in the morning. Very good prices.

The house is perfect for those wanting a home away from home in a great location that has you in Aberdeen in minutes. The house is a nice size, has everything you need and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for New Years and it was a great choice and we would definitely choose Andy’s house again. He was very helpful and kept in contact throughout the pre check in process and offered to be contacted anytime whilst we were there. I would definitely recommend Andy and his property. We will be back !

We stayed over Christmas using the house to get my extended family together under one roof for Christmas Day & to have a nice break with my grown up kids & 88 year old mother on the surrounding days. The house was ideal for us. Lovely & cosy, lots of space to spread out/not be on top of each other & the kitchen is well laid out & equipped with just about everything I needed to cook Christmas Dinner for 8. The bedrooms are lovely - the view from the main b/room (ensuite) upstairs is gorgeous - and the downstairs bedroom (ensuite) was great for my mum even though (as per the listing) there are a couple of stairs. Lots of hot water & the heating is set at a nice temperature for all. The games room & cinema were fab extras for those not up to their elbows in Turkey & roast tatties and we even managed a dip in the hot tub on Christmas Day which was cosy even when the outside temperature was chilly. Lorraine was extremely helpful, very friendly and helped make the trip a big success.

We had a lovely time and the hot tub was a real touch. The cottage was well equipped and very well located for local walks. Would definitely recommend.

The lodge was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for our stay. We had 6 adults and a 5 month old baby staying there for a week. The location is stunning, so quiet and peaceful and the views around are spectacular! Hazel was lovely, very fast at responding to messages and very friendly when talking to her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lodge to anybody. Thank you for a lovely stay, Hazel!
