A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.

Various eatery, restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby suburbs of Fairfield and Ivanhoe. Off street parking available at the back of property.

It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.
