Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

This detached cosy ‘home from home’ is situated in 12 acres of private garden & waterways shared only with your hosts living in the Mill. Wonderful to stay here through all the changing seasons. Fabulous for a birthday escape! 20 minutes easy drive to Stratford, the Cotswolds, Worcester, M5 & M40. Sleep well in the comfy super king size bed. Wake up to bird song! Stroll in our meandering grounds or take a lovely local walk. Explore a plethora of places to visit & dine a short easy drive away.

Appletree Lodge

This cabin is my favourite place to be, the views are just to die for as you can see for miles with the Malvern hills in the distance. It is off grid and eco friendly accommodation as it is based in a small woodland. It’s been tastefully built with the woodland in mind and to keep it nestled in its surroundings, it still has all those lovely luxuries to keep you relaxed, warm and comfy. It’s based on the property of a grade II thatched family home, with a very friendly pony, dog and chickens!

The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

The Lodge is a spacious characterful countryside retreat. It's a unique peaceful property located in the beautiful tranquil private grounds of the historic Old Windmill. Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.
