Welcome to our beautiful shepherds hut situated on our working farm in the Worcestershire village of Abberton, on the edge of the cotswolds. A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
