It has a dog-friendly fenced garden. Sauna. There’s two kayaks belonging to the house. Stavns fjord with its archipelago of small island islands is a fantastic and safe play to go kayaking. Huset er indrettet af genbrugs møbler og bære præg af minimalistisk ro i indretningen. Der er to soveværelser med to dobbeltsenge, et enkelt værelse med to enkeltmandssenge samt en stor sovesofa i stuen. Perfekt til familien det vil opleve Århus skønne by, arkitektur samt historie. Der er plads til at have hunden med sig, hvis hunden også skal forkæles lidt

Huset ligger naturskønt og samtidig centralt tæt på motorveje til Aarhus, Horsens og Silkeborg. Alle tre byer er ca. 20 minutters kørsel væk. Selve huset har fem værelser, et køkken-alrum, et badeværelse og et toilet. Der er stor have på 3000 kvm. Området er fyldt med skønne vandrestier. tæt på findes søstrande i hhv Knudhule og Skanderborg og strande mm ved Aarhus. Huset har alt hvad otte mennesker har brug for i form af senge, dyner, puder, sengetøj, køkkenting mm.

Vi er en lille familie på 3, som har renoveret et håndværkertilbud i 2023. Vores skønne hus og gæstebolig ligger utroligt tæt på stranden i Kolby kås. Vi har øens smukkeste solnedgang og den bedste lille strand. Du får en lækker dobbeltseng på 180 x 200 , eget bad og toliet. Lille stue og The køkken. Large villa with beds for 6 adults and 2 children. A separate children's playroom located in extension to the dining room, and a spacious living room in the opposite end from the kitchen/dining room. The villa is located right next to a large green area and a short bike ride to the sea. Aarhus city is 12 km away and both train and bus stops are a short walk away from the house. We have a cat. It’s very friendly and goes in and out itself.
