Het authentieke interieur is vakwerk en met leemstuk afgewerkt. Winkels op loopafstand. Drielandenpunt 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meter Houtkachel. Binnenhofje met zithoek. In overleg gebruik familietuin. Appartement op 1e verdieping. 2e verdieping bewoond en gezien de aard van het gebouw is het niet muisstil.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Wohnung mit natürlichem Ambiente

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terasse, die genutzt werden kann. Die Wände innen sind mit Lehmstreichputz verputzt, der Fußboden mit Dielenbretter ausgelegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach Aachen, Herzogenrath oder die Niederlande ist in 10-15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
