Le invitiamo in questo confortevole e luminoso appartemento d'angolo situato nel centro storico di Parigi. Completamente ristrutturato ed isolato nel 2021, con due camere da letto e un ampio salotto/cucina di 25 metri quadri sarete protetti dai rumori della citta, e in piu potrete approfittare di una vista tipica pariggina sul quartiere pedonale storico di Montorgueil. Si puo vedere quasi tutto andando a piedi, dal museo d'arte moderna Pompidou alla catedrale Notre Dame, dal Louvre e il nuovo museo di François Pinault nella Bourse du Commerce al Marais, dai negozii delle Halles all'Opera Garnier etc. Ci sono almeno 30 restauranti a meno di 200 metri e molto di piu a meno di 5 minuti, tra i quali un paio di restauranti italiani molto buoni. C'e un supermercato aperto fino a mezzanotte a 30 metri. TV a fibra ottica, internet, stazione i-pod, letto a memoria di forma e molte attrezatture in cucina (boiler, macchina da espresso, toaster etc) saranno alla vostra disposizione.

The living room has two large windows overlooking lively rue St Martin and is perfect for watching the passing parade. If you like it quieter, you can close the triple glazed windows. The bedroom is away from the street and is quiet. The living area can be a noisy at night. The apartment is on the first floor, no lift. #Check-in can be from 9AM if the apartment is available, if it is not available then you can drop your bags, pick up keys and check-in at 2PM when the apartment has been cleaned.
