Excellent emplacement dans un bel immeuble ancien, la chambre et la salle de bains très propres, sont spacieuses, au calme, bien équipées, le lit est confortable et l'accueil d'Adelaide au top, très soucieuse du bien être des voyageurs. Je recommande vivement.

Guy und Fadia sind bezaubernde Gastgeber, wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die beiden haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Es war wunderschön ihre Geschichten zu hören und sich von ihrer Erfahrung inspirieren zu lassen. Es ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich was sie für ihre Gäste machen. Die Herzlichkeit, das Zuvorkommende, ihre Geschichten und noch viel mehr haben sie uns ins Herz schließen lassen. Wer eine schöne Zeit in Paris verbringen und gleichzeitig eine authentische Gastfamilie kennenlernen möchte ist bei den sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen, uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es bei jeder Gelegenheit wiederholen. Vielen Dank den beiden.

The hosts are super nice, and the kid is really friendly and helpful in showing me around the room and facilities. Honestly, this is the best place I’ve stayed at in Paris! The location is amazing as well. It’s convenient for getting to all the popular sights, and taking a walk along the river is such a lovely option!!

Der Aufenthalt bei Anne war sehr schön. Ihr Apartment hat die perfekte Lage, ist charmant eingerichtet und man kann auf dem Balkon über die Dächer von Paris schauen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Nathalie was a fantastic host throughout, very laid back when we needed to check in late, or to leave our cases after the check-out time on the last day. The apartment is literally a minute's walk from the Metro station, with big airy rooms, a piano and lots of books if you want to practice your French. I have to say though that Nathalie's English is much better than my French! Third floor, so it might deter people with mobility issues, but this was not a difficulty for us. Merci bien Nathalie!

Un emplacement exceptionnel, au calme et proche de restaurants et de la basilique, dans un quartier piéton. Une chambre à l'étage avec toutes les commodités pour être à l'aise. Et surtout, des hôtes très accueillants, qui m'ont aidé dans le choix de mon itinéraire pour rejoindre Paris à pied, et avec lesquels j'ai pu discuter culture théâtre et évasion. Une très belle rencontre, que je recommande très fortement.

Nous avons passé un excellente séjour dans ce jolie petit appartement. Il est très facile d’accès, est surtout bien placé, au calme. Merci encore a Aymeric d’avoir été aussi bienveillant et réactif à toutes nos demandes. Nous vous recommandons vivement de séjourner dans cet appartement !

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

Alain is it a wonderful host. His apartment is in a great location and really has a Parisian feel with all the books and photographs throughout. There’s even a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom! Alain provides a generous assortment of baked goods and good coffee and juice for breakfast each morning. He is a thoughtful, friendly, and considerate host.

As an exchange student in France, I can truly say that staying at Odile and Armel’s home was the perfect ending to my four-month life in Paris. Their place is beautifully decorated with a charming French touch—tidy, stylish, and offering an incredible view from both the room and the terrace, including a clear sight of the Eiffel Tower. The location is also fantastic, with Line 8 of the metro just a two-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. But what made the stay truly unforgettable were Odile and Armel themselves—such warm and welcoming hosts. They greeted us with kindness, gifted us lovely earrings, and even baked fresh croissants and baguettes for us in the morning. I can honestly say those were the best I’ve had in Paris. Staying here felt like being at home, I truly hope to see them again someday. I recommend their place 100000% to everyone who comes to Paris🥰🥰🥰.

Les 4 jours que j'ai passé à Paris en compagnie de mon frère chez Philippe et Emmanuel auront été excellent ! L'appartement est déjà superbe, mais moi qui ne suis pas habitué à partager le logement avec les propriétaires, c'était une première expérience réussie. Philippe est le meilleur hôte que vous pourriez espérer. Acceuillant, serviable, le coeur sur la main... il est aussi très intéressant de discuter avec lui. Cerise sur le gâteau, en apprenant que j'avais pour habitude de prendre un jus de citron tous les matins, il est allé le jour même en chercher spécialement pour moi. Une attention rare qui mérite d'être soulignée. Merci Philippe, portez vous bien vous et votre famille, et à la prochaine !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb hosted by a lovely couple. From the moment I arrived, their hospitality was heartfelt and genuine—they truly made me feel like part of the family. What stood out most was Catherine’s incredible talent for baking. Each morning, I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread, and other homemade treats that tasted just as good as they smelled. It felt like waking up in a cozy countryside bakery every day. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. But it was the warmth of the hosts that made the stay unforgettable. They were kind, attentive, and always happy to chat or offer local recommendations. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with the bonus of delicious homemade baked goods, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a hidden gem that feels like home.

Die tolle geschmackvolle Wohnung liegt in einem besonders schönem, ruhigen Quartier mit vielen guten und auch preiswerten Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe plus einem super leckeren Bäcker. Bus, Metro und die Leihfahrad-Stationen gleich ums Eck und daher super schnelle und einfache Möglichkeit, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris zu erreichen. Im Quartier genießt man dann die fast touristenfreie Lebensqualität. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht....und dabei äußerst geschmackvoll. Die Gastgeber haben sogar für ein Frühstück reichlich vorbereitet und im Kühlschrank gibt es Milch, Marmelade, Gebäck, Wasser etc. Kaffeetabs und Tee, Gebäck, Madelaines und Croissants. Zum Kochen wäre auch alles da gewesen ( 2-Plattenherd als mobile Platte steht im Regal... ) Die Gastgeber verwöhnen einen mit vielen hilfreichen Tips und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch war das EInlagern der Koffer am Abreisetarg gar kein Problem. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder herkommen !!

Mein Sohn und ich haben unser Muttertagswochenende gemeinsam in Paris verbracht. Die Unterkunft war perfekt und komfortabel dafür ausgelegt. Helene und ihr Mann waren ganz bezaubernde und herzliche Gastgeber. Das französische Frühstück war sehr lecker und selbst Sonderwünsche hat Helene uns erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Wer abseits vom hektischen Trubel von Paris auch mal Ruhe sucht, ist hier perfekt untergebracht. Wenn 6 Sterne möglich wären, dann hätte ich 6 gegeben. Danke Euch Beiden für Eure Gastfreundschaft!!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Pascale et Philippe, tres bon accueil tout correspondait aux photos et ils nous ont donné pleins de bons plans pour pouvoir profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Nous sommes très satisfait

Hélène és Jérôme nagyszerű házigazdák, barátságosak és vendégszeretők. Nagyon egyszerű a kommunikáció Velük, és rengeteg információval látnak el. Az apartman csodálatos, igazi gyöngyszem, látszik, hogy a tervezésnél mindenre figyeltek. A panoráma lenyűgöző, a képek nem is tudják visszaadni, hogy mennyire. Jobb szállást biztosan nem talál senki Párizsban.

Charming historic house with modern amenities. Isabelle was very friendly, helpful, greeted us and showed us the functioning of the house. House was clean. With coffee and tea provided. Safe neighborhood. Location next to major attractions. Isabelle is a great host. Highly recommended

Karine hat ein Zuhause, dass sich wie eine warme Umarmung anfühlt sobald man es betritt. Für mich war es wie ein Zuhause auf Zeit und dieses Gefühl hat Karine auch vermittelt. Ich empfehle es sehr für Allein-Reisende. Für mich war es einfach ein Traum und ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Fantastic modern spacious room in the outskirts of the main city centre of Paris. Easily accessible by metro. Very quiet and private. Jean-Michel, David's partner, was very welcoming as he was around for our visit, and they have the cutest little boy.

As a girl who travelling alone, staying at Ouahida's make me feel really safe, the area was also very safe. I was able to walk home late night without being worried. Ouahida is very helpful and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay with her and I would definitely recommend and if I m coming back to Paris I d stay with her again. The place is very close to the Metro station (where the bus to the Beauvais airport also there). Highly recommend 👌
