For your stay in the heart of the most typical of Paris' neighborhoods. Cosy Architect's loft available per night or per week. Located in the St Germain neighborhood of Paris (does the neighborhood still require introduction?). The Loft is at Rue Dauphine, the street of so many art galleries, restaurants, cafes with a view of Paris' oldest bridge, the Pont Neuf. This is an exceptional location. In the very center of Paris,about 100 meters (about 110 yards) from the Seine river, less than a five minute walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvres Museum, the Luxembourg Gardens, the Chatelet Halles. The apartment is located in a building that is more than 200 years old, on a quiet garden full of flowers (no stairs to climb with your suitcases!). The unit was just recently completely renovated and includes: queen size bed, Italian style shower, bathroom, separate toilets, living room area, kitchen area (with cereals, orange juice, coffee, etc...), where you can even cook if you want to! Free WiFi, TV. Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning crew twice a week for weekly rental. A bottle of French wine for our guests to enjoy! Additional services available upon request for a fee. I am regularly available to introduce you to the City, recommend places according to what you want to do and see. Just drop off your bags and enjoy Paris! The entrance of the building is secured by a digital access code, and the door to the loft is an armored door.

My flat is located in the prestigious street of the quartier latin.lovely and moderne with a homy feel to it, is a perfect place to visit Paris in all its diversity.30mn in RER direct to Aéroport CDG ,to the station clunny sorbonne or saint michel is in the 3th floor no elevatore ,we speak japanese italiene ,inglish,En accepte pas les inviter de nous voyageurs sans notre autorisation cela fera annuler leur reservation sans aucun remboursement,En cas de perte des clés vous nous devez 200euros.

Mon appartement de 50m dispose de 2 chambres (l'une avec un lit king size et la deuxième avec un 160), un salon/salle à manger, une salle d’eau et des WC séparés. Décoré avec gout, l'appartement situé au 1er étage sur cour des 2 cotés offre un emplacement de choix, le 4eme arrondissement de Paris. Le coin cuisine est totalement équipé. Bien que très central, le quartier est très calme et bénéficie de tous les transports à quelques minutes à pieds. Un vrai cocon dans le coeur du coeur de Paris !

Studio dernier étage terrasse et vue Tour Eiffel

Au 8ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble des années 30 avec ascenseur jusqu'au 7ème étage petit studio de charme baigné de lumière bénéficiant d'une terrasse de 14 m2 plein soleil avec une belle vue dégagée sur Tour Eiffel et Observatoire. Idéalement situé proche des transports 4 min et toutes les commodités (Boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie à 3 min de l'appartement). Le quartier est très agréable et calme juste à coté du 5ème et la rue Mouffetard et à 10 min pied de Denfert Rochereau
