Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. This lovely Bungalow on 5 acres is nestled along 1000ft of the Boardman River. We have kayaks, hammock, outside dining/living area with fireplace, and hot tub. The property is surrounded by state land and trails, perfect for hiking, kayaking, side by sides, and snowmobiling. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments. Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Voted one of the top 85 Airbnbs by Conde Nast Traveler. The Granary is a lovingly restored two bed + one bath cabin located on 12 wooded acres with a secluded Lake Michigan beach nearby. A short drive to town will give you access to restaurants, groceries, breweries and wineries. Dogs are welcome! Please message us to discuss bringing more than 1. Absolutely no cats or other pets are allowed. We do not have a TV, but we do have fiber optic high speed internet.
