Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Il y fait frais en été et il est chaleureux l'hiver. Il a été rénové récemment avec des matériaux modernes et de qualité. Possibilité de venir avec un enfant. Ou 3ème personne en ajoutant un matelas dans la chambre ou le salon. Linge de lit et de toilette compris. Matériel bébé sur demande. Le quartier compte de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Appartement située dans le 20eme arrondissement de Paris en plein cœur du village Jourdain. Appartement refait à neuf dans une magnifique copropriété. L’appartement comprend une chambre avec un espace de travail. Il peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes (canapé lit dans le salon). L’appartement est très bien desservi - 3 min à pied de la ligne 11, 10 min à pied de la 2. Commerces et restauration à proximité. NB : un petit teckel à poil ras vit habituellement avec moi.

Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.

Welcome to my home :) I live in a 1-bedroom apartment with a large living room and a cosy balcony overlooking a beautiful and quiet garden, facing the Butte Bergeyre village. My apartment is located right next to the Buttes-Chaumont park, perfect to go for a stroll, a run or an apéro :) It is also very close to the Canal Saint-Martin district (less than 1km, 10min walk).
