Vous aurez accès, GRATUITEMENT, sur simple demande, pour 2 personnes et à volonté, une magnifique PISCINE /FITNESS historique Art Déco, très rafraîchissante , situées à 4 MN de l’appartement.

The appart is on the 3rd floor with lifts, 7min to metro M13 Plaisance, 12min to Metro Pasteur (M6/M12), 15min walk to Montparnasse and 20min by metro to the Eiffel Tower and Porte de Versailles

My flat is close to street of Belleville, park of Buttes-Chaumont, district The Jordan, the swimming pool and the ice rink will mulch, Saint-Martin canal, Nakagawa, Swimming pool Georges-Vallerey, Quay of Jemappes .2subway lines and 3 bus nearby to join stations and shine in Paris. You will appreciate my flat for the district, the kitchen, the comfortable bed, the luminosity and the comfort. My apartment is completed for the couples, the travelers solo and the families (with child)
