דירה קטנה מאד, מתאימה לזוג אבל יש הכל. הכל מתוכנן. מקלחת חדשה, נקיה, נהדרת. אפילו מחמם מגבות שאפשר ליבש עליו כביסה קטנה. (לבנים...) מטבחון קטנטן מצויד היטב. ( קומקום, טוסטר מיקרוגל, מכונת קפה, כלים לאכילה ולבישול ) מיטה מפנקת. כריות ושמיכה מפנקות. מצעים מבהיקים. שכונה מקסימה, ידידותית. 5 דקות מכיכר הרפובליקה, שתי תחנות מטרו שמקושרות לכל מקום. שכונה מתוקה וידידותי. הרבה בתי קפה, בולנז'רי, בקרבת מקום, (אפילו שווים במיוחד) סופרמרקט בכל פינה, מרחק הליכה למארה, ואפילו למרכז העיר נוח ללכת ולא מאד רחוק. דירה מתוקה במיקום מעולה. מארחת קשובה ועונה תמיד. אחזור בשמחה שוב.

We had a really good time, good location, perfect for visiting Paris, many of the important sights of the city are walkable from the appartment. Nice bedrooms, overall very happy with our stay

The neighborhood is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful and authentic in Paris, and Carol's apartment reflects what, for me as an Italian, Paris is: romantic, charming, unpretentious, yet cozy, and furnished with simplicity, taste, and plants __ A delightful friend of Carol showed us how to access the apartment and described the house to us. We had a wonderful time!

L’appartement de Marie est parfait pour un séjour parisien. Idéalement situé au pied de Montmartre, il est également extrêmement lumineux et paisible. Marie est une hôte très réactive et très agréable. Nous la remercions pour son accueil irréprochable! À coup sûr, nous y retournerons lors d’un prochain week-end à Paris.

Чудове помешкання для відвідування Парижу та околиць. Зручне розташування, де є доступ до всіх видів транспорту. Затишні вулички та домівки навколо. Саме помешкання передає усю атмосферу старовинного французького дому, що допомагає більше ознайомитись з культурою. Однозначно рекомендуємо!

Die Wohnung ist so freundlich und großzügig wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Nach einem Tag voller Trubel in der Stadt, kann man sich hier gut erholen und wieder auftanken. Die Atmosphäre ist gut. Wir haben nichts wirklich vermisst; wir würden wiederkommen. Dhaimi hat immer zügig geantwortet und war für uns ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Danke dafür!

Le studio de Catherine est idéalement situé et fonctionnel. Catherine est disponible et serviable. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

L'appartamento è comodo, pulito e confortevole, il check-in è facile e rapido; abbiamo trovato caffè, biscottini e prodotti da bagno; nelle vicinanze ci sono più fermate metro e bus per raggiungere velocemente il centro; supermercato sotto casa, boulangeries e ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. Consigliato.

A perfect stay, great neighborhood, nice, clean, & well-equipped apartment with secured indoor parking spot, less than 5 minutes walking from Saint-Ouen station and hypermarket. I like that the bathroom & toilet are in 2 separate spaces, very convenient as we're a group of 4 adults. Spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and a little balcony, 2 comfy bedrooms with access to a little garden. Okba was very friendly, met us with the keys at check-in and proactive when we needed to leave the car in the garage for 3 hrs after checking out. For the price we paid, 5 stars for this place are well deserved! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed staying here as we were only there for a night and didn’t mind taking the public transportation to go sightseeing. It was very spacious. It being on the ground flood after walking miles all day was a major plus!

Der Aufenthalt in Paris war gelungen. Da es für die Kinder der erste Aufenthalt war, haben wir die klassischen Stationen abgearbeitet. Julias Wohnung war perfekt als Ausgangspunkt geeignet. Die Metrolinien 2+3 haben und zügig überall hingebracht. Julia war gut zu erreichen und Ihre Beschreibungen zur Wohnung und zum Erhalt des Schlüssels waren sehr gut. Der 11 Arrondisment ist lebendig und vom Bäcker über den Supermarkt bis zu Restaurants aller couleur ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Kurzum, die Woche Paris in Julias Wohnung war sehr gelungen und wir würden Sie jederzeit wieder nutzen.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Anne, et tout s’est encore une fois très bien passé. Le logement est confortable, propre, et très bien situé. Anne est une hôte très flexible, toujours disponible et arrangeante. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent — une vraie perle sur Airbnb ! Je recommande vivement.

El apartamento de Sophie está en un barrio tranquilo y con todo lo necesario, supermercado, panadería... Está cerca de la parada de metro, 10 minutos andando, muy cómodo para poder visitar Paris. La comunicación con Sophie, perfecta!

On a passé un séjour incroyable dans cet Airbnb ! L'espace était impeccable et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort dont nous avions besoin. Le jacuzzi et le sauna étaient des ajouts fantastiques, parfaits pour se détendre. L'hôte était très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à s'évader et à se ressourcer. Cinq étoiles bien méritées !

Un alojamiento bastante agradable, el anfitrión es de lo mejor, super amable y servicial, la ubicación es excelente puedes llegar en metro o bus perfectamente y puedes ir en metro a centro de París sin problema toma la línea L (creo que es tranvía) esta a 4 minutos caminado del hospedaje. El lugar está super limpio y bien ordenado... el espacio suficiente para 4 personas, el jacuzzi fue increíble!! lo único malo serian tal vez las escaleras para de acceso pero merece completamente la pena subirlas! tienes cerca de todo, market, restaurant, café, todo lo que necesites! en general nosotros disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía, Martin se porto increíble con nosotros!! Este es un alojamiento 100% recomendable!! gracias Martin por la ayuda, los consejos y sobre todo por tu maravillosa hospitalidad!

Si vous cherchez un cocon aussi élégant que confortable pour une escapade seul ou en duo à moins d'une heure de Paris, vous l'avez trouvé ! Paisible, décoré avec goût et entretenu avec soin, c'est un vrai petit paradis. La terrasse est ensoleillée du matin au soir, ce qui permet d'en profiter la journée entière. Avec le jacuzzi sous les étoiles au doux son d'un petit coin de jardin et de nature qui vous entoure pour la soirée ✨ Merci Benjamin pour cette bulle de beauté et de douceur hors du temps :)
