We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. I won't force you to pose but I will rather be with you to capture natural and candid shots. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. We will go for a mindful hike through a pine forest towards a natural spring. Taking in the surrounding nature with all our senses to ground, relax and expand our energy field. There we fill up our bottles, so we can enjoy the benefits of the healing spring water during the rest of our walk. I will explain the health properties of spring water. We will follow natural trails in the forest and around a small lake. Mindfully engaging all our senses so that we become one with living earth and all the beings we meet on our path. We will find a nice spot by the lake and rest and have some "Swedish fika"(tea time). Then If you wish I would love to guide you through a meditation to further ground and feel even more connected and present, with the forest and its inhabitants. I will gladly share what I know about healing water, grounding/earthing, sacred places and the health benefits of the Swedish forest. It is also possible to go for a refreshing swim in the lake. We will be a small and exclusive group or a private walk. Other things to note I offer privet tours upon request.

We'll visit one of the largest and best-preserved medieval city centers in Europe: Stockholm's Gamla Stan (Old Town). This is where it all started, back in the year 1252. You'll learn about our most important kings—their names are easy to remember—and hear the quirky details about the current royal family. Then we'll unearth one of the best-kept secrets in the city. We'll check out the scene of Stockholm's bloodiest massacre, where over 80 people were executed, and touch a thousand-year-old Viking runestone. You'll walk along the narrowest street of this amazing city and learn why it's a tourist magnet—and I'll also tell you a secret that most people do not know at all. Lastly, we'll admire the beautiful architecture of this unique place and enjoy the experience. At the end I can provide a huge list of recommended activities with restaurants, bars or just ideas what to do after we are done with our walk through the old town. Most importantly, we will do this no matter what kind of weather awaits us—rain or shine, as they say—because I can protect you from even the most severe conditions. I will pick you up by car from your hotel in the city and we will go out to the archipelago about 40min from city central. Then we choose the best kayak that fits your needs and experience and we go from there, I like to move in a peaceful and calm way to enjoy the stillness and the seascape. We will find a nice island or shore to land and have a picknick and some rest and enjoy our company and the view. Then we continue to explore the seascape. The whole trip including transportation will take 4h - 6h and kayaking including picknick 2h-4h in a comfortable pace according to your experience and request. We will be an exclusive small group. This is a personalized experience and since I live in the area myself a very local feel. It is also possible to book a customized private tour. Potremo cucinare su un fuoco aperto e mangiare vicino a una vallata segreta e a un bellissimo lago della foresta. Una volta raggiunta di nuovo la nostra casa, godremo della cultura della sauna a vapore svedese, con servizi spa. In inverno potremmo andare sul ghiaccio e in estate ci piace nuotare nei laghi! Quello che condivido con me è l'hobby preferito dalla mia famiglia e dai miei amici, e siamo felici di condividere tutte le conoscenze che abbiamo imparato sulla natura e sulla cultura svedesi fin dall'infanzia. Now you have the chance to create your own unique perfume by hand in Stockholm. The perfect thing to do in Stockholm during a visit. With unique oil mixes from Grasse, France, together we mix each unique perfume by hand and I teach the basics of perfume making, what to consider when choosing a scent and a little history. Stockholm History Tour – A tour containing everything that a Stockholmer needs to know! This is the one and only tour in town that combines a physical and tour through town with a chronological tour of Stockholm’s (and Sweden's) history. The guide will take you from pre-Stockholm times, to early 20th century, and everything in between. No prior knowledge of Stockholm or Swedish history needed! First of all if there is a day that is not scheduled in the Calendar feel free to request a day/time that suit your schedule! In the winter and when the Weather is cold, rainy We Will start with a cup of tea. Then you Will receive a sound massage (i Will place singing bowls on your body). After that We Will enter the magical Forest, for forest bathing (listen to the sounds of the nature, tree hugging, just beeing in the present). In spring/summer i Will play the singing bowls outdoor and you Will connect to the vibrations flowing through you laying comfortably in the forest!

Baking cinnamon rolls for the Swedish Fika! We Will set the dough and bake the delicious cinnamon rolls in my kitchen, you get to bring the cinnamon rolls with you, then you can bake these delicious cinnamon rolls for your friends and family! This is an experience for you who wish to go foraging for mushrooms and berries in the beautiful surroundings of Stockholm. The tour ends with a truly tasteful lunch at a farm-to-table restaurant where your harvest will be prepared and served. I will pick you up by car at a location of your choice and take you to a forest nearby where the chances of finding mushrooms are the best for the day. In the forest, we’ll search for the delicious mushrooms and berries to pick. I'll be happy to share my knowledge of mushrooms, and guide you to the ones that are good to eat. After a while, we’ll pause for a “fika” and some small talk or to just listen to the sounds of the forest around us. The tour will end at a really nice farm-to-table restaurant where we’ll have lunch (included in the price) and where they will even prepare and serve our potential harvest, as a side dish. Vegetarian/vegan/gluten free dishes are available (search for Karshamra mat och trädgård for menu and more info). Join our tour to discover archipelago by kayak. Escape the big city and enjoy wonderful seaside landscapes, only 40 minutes by bus from Stockholm. We meet in kayak center in Resarö (close to Vaxholm). After safety briefing we can jump into kayaks and paddle into the wild of archipelago. We'll adjust the route depending on the weather, especially wind direction and participants kayaking skills. We will paddle in the very heart of Stockholm Archipelago and will show you some of our favourite places and hidden gems. On the one hand, just right next to kayak center there is amazing Bogesundslandets Nature Reserve with outstanding nature and plenty of wildlife! On the other hand there is a lively island Vaxholm which is known as a capital of archipelago. In the middle of the trip we will look for nice place to land for a break. We'll end the trip after about 3 hours in the same place where we started. Trip is beginners friendly although normal physical condition is required. We are happy to share some basic kayaking knowledge! More advanced paddlers are welcome as well!
