Giles was very helpful and kind. The house was very clean and tidy. Love the piano in the lounge. I would recommend to stay at Giles.

It was great to be near the colourful East Street market. I loved walking through it on the way to the bus. It is a great apartment. The walls are a little thin so learned a little too much about the neighbours. Other than that, it was fine!

What can i say? Giles was a very helpful, very easy going, and very open minded Person. Our Train from Gatwick to London did broke down and Giles stepped in and helped without hesitation. Throught the stay, he was approachable and very helpful. He offered that we could left the luggage in this office, and met some very nice colleagues of him. Indeed a very very good host. We had a very good time in Giles and Ingrid's appartment (3 days, 3 adults). We were welcomed (nicely and on time ;-) by their Friend Phillip. The appartment is very nice and cosy and, yes, quirky. The piano was also a good surprise. Just have in mind that you need about 15-17' walk to reach the underground (Elephant and Castle), and 6' to reach a Santander Bicycle station (we used both...). Giles was unable to meet us but had a friend let us in and show us around. The apartment is very cute and the description of it being quirky is perfect. The neighborhood it is in is within walking distance to buses or the tube, no more than a 10 minute walk. And there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores open late. There is even a cute little market a block over.

This apartment is a real gem; cosy and full of character. Not only did Giles met me and take me through their home but he also left very thorough information sheets about the apartment, public transport and even their favourite local restaurants! Everything was as described. We were travelling as two friends and made good use of the fold out sofa bed which was very comfortable. We really appreciated their beautiful home. We would recommend it to anyone.

We recieved at nice mail from Giles with information about transportation opportunities to the house and tips to good restaurants in the area. It is an colorful and interessting area, and the apartment is cosy and fits the description.
