Veronica and her group spent a few days with us here in the Washington DC area. she communicated very effectively about her going and coming and left our space clean and tidy and was very respectful of our home. We didn't get a chance to meet face to face as we're currently on vacation, but she was quite pleasant while we communicated in messages and we really appreciated having her.
