Great to hear you found the apartment in a good location and cute. However we are sorry to hear that the internet portion was not to your liking. As mentioned before, internet service is provided to residents by the City of Miami Beach and is just not in our control. Our check of the service showed it working fine but it may be possible that it can get slow at certain times. Luckily, there are alternative wifi signals that reach the unit.
Not sure what the issue was with the door lock as it worked fine when checked. These very reliable digital locks are secure and the best way to make it easy for guests to come and go anytime they want.
Being in the center of South Beach means you are in the center of a very vibrant city! Regular sounds such as vehicles and people are normally not heard through the units windows on the 4th floor as long as they are closed with AC running. However with open windows you can get those big city sounds that come with being right in the action.
This is our weekend getaway and we live in the next city over. We always leave everything fresh, stocked and ready for our guests to walk in and feel right at home. If a guest ever does need us for something, we will gladly take the short drive to help.
To all, we would recommend that guests not use simple emails (AirBnB or otherwise) for urgent issues with the unit. We provide guests with multiple direct phone numbers that should be used for urgent matters.
