Thanks for you comments. As you saw, it was a double guest day and the prior guests had left later than expected giving very little time to get ready. As you had come a bit earlier it then became a scramble to get ready fast enough so I don't doubt I may have missed an item or two. BUT, please note that washing of all linens, including pillow cases, is something we ALWAYS do so not sure why you felt thought they had not been. Sorry about that. We actually buy complete new linen every month or so just to be sure that they are clean.
As for the comforter for top bed, you did call and mention to me and I had replied that we keep them in the closet and thought you had simply not seen it. So sorry! Of course we would have gladly brought one if I had understood that it was actually completely missing! It seems a prior guest had taken and in the hurry I missed it. There are now replacements again.
