We spent a wonderful new years eve in this beautiful house in a breathtaking location. The house was perfect for our group of friends who were looking to discover the outdoors and have a comfortable house to cook and relax in. The house was really comfortable for a large group and had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend the long house highly enough. We will definitely be back.

This house was beautifully cosy and friendly. It gave the most perfect backdrop to a combined family post-Christmas get together. We all had space for quiet time, the fires were perfect for chats & the kids played happily in the garden. Cong is a lovely village and the recommended pub , Pat Cohens, was great to visit. Thank you all for sharing such a lovely house with us.

We enjoyed the stay very much, the location is great, the lake beautiful. The house is cosy and clean, the living room and kitchen are great! I will definitely recommend the place to my friends for the future

The house was superb! We love the style, the kitchen was excellent, log fires through worked perfectly. the views are stunning out onto the lake, we brought a canoe and explored it, but the neighbours boats are apparently available for rental. Be aware that we found the internet to be unusable, we had basically no connection for the duration of our stay. however there is the lovely rock in the front garden with seems to have 4G mobile signal! there is also board games, a TV, and games room for…Leggi altro

Tims house is absolutely beautiful, we spent a wonderful few days there. The kitchen is huge, bright and really well equipped - perfect for a large gang... the sitting room has wonderful views where you can sit fireside and enjoy the countryside. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

My family of 10 stayed at The Long House last weekend to attend our brother's wedding nearby. When I arrived the house was lovely and clean, the fire was lighting, the radio softly playing music, and some bubbles & a home baked crumble were on the dining table! The house itself is rustic and charming and great for a big group. The location was so serene and peaceful. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, la vue sur le lac est sublime. nous avons beaucoup appréciés toutes les petites attention à notre arrivée dans la maison. Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes, la maison est assez grande pour partager de très bons moments tous ensemble. par contre, c'est un peu isolé, il faut absolument une voiture mais je conseille vraiment d'y aller c’était parfait.

Absolutely love the Long House - we were a large family group and really loved the space, the decor and beautiful scenery of the house. It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend away, we’ll be back!
