Thank you Tim for lovely staying in your place. Everything was just perfect and we do recommend this host to everyone who are looking for nice and come place to stay in Berlin + amazing botanical garden just on the other side of street! Super !!!

Tim's apartment was very clean and included all the amenities you need. The stay was all together very pleasant. The only downside was the slow and misleading communication, it should also be added in the description that the apartment is on the top floor and that there is no elevator. Still, I can definitely recommend a stay at Tim's place!

We had an amazing stay. The check in and check out was quick and simple. The kitchen and bathroom were really modern and tidy. A perfect place for a Berlin trip. The location is in a nice area a little bit on the outside of Berlin but perfect for us. 5 minutes to the subway. Thank you!
