I sincerely recommend William and his family to any host from Airbnb. The communication with them was excellent from the first mail till after they left. They were very polite, grateful, nice, friendly, trustworthy, and quiet. And even after an early departure, the penthouse was in very good condition. It is very satisfying to find guests like them that behave so well and really appreciate what was done to satisfy them.

Welcoming Bill was really a huge pleasure, specially on his birthday! Even though the incident at their arrival, they were extremely kind and polite. They also took great care of the house so, we definitely recommend them to all Airbnb hosts and would gladly host them again, anytime.
