If you come to Rome you can't miss visiting the Colosseum. To get there you can take the subway to Termini station and change to the blue line until the Colosseum stop. Otherwise, you can take bus 916 and get off at the terminus, from there you will have to walk for about 10 minutes, but it will be beautiful to walk along Via dei Fori Imperiali!
