It's a mall, but seeing as West Van is some of the most expensive real estate in all of Canada, you can guess it's pretty Chic. Big brands and independents. Outdoor lifestyle and fashion. We call it Pork Royale

There is Park Royal south and North, free parking. Park Royal village is also here plus whole foods market and lots of shopping options

Newly renovated. This mall has indoor shopping along with an outdoor village area. All the big name brand stores are here.
