On main tourist street (La Calzada) but has better food than most on the strip. Sit inside (beautiful courtyard through the main entrance) instead of outside to get away from the street musicians and vendors

Nectar Restaurant & Bar is located on Calle La Calzada, a pedestrian-friendly street in the heart of Granada's historic colonial downtown. Located only 1/2 block East (towards the Lake) of Parque Central & the main Cathedral, our street-side dining offers up the best people watching around while our beautiful covered courtyard provides some peaceful respite from Granada's hustle and bustle. We've got you covered for whatever mood your in. We delight in offering a menu featuring some traditional Nicaraguan fare (Enchiladas, Tostones con Queso, Ropa Vieja and more), wonderful organic salads, tasty ceviche, fish tacos, burritos & homemade desserts, including Cheesecake, Flan de Coco and our world famous Lava Cake. ALL of our rum cocktails are made with award winning Nicaraguan Flor de Cana rum, never the cheap stuff. We also offer up some local Craft Beer, made available by our friends at La Portena in San Juan Del Sur as well as Campo Brew Co out of Tola. We source all our products locally and shop daily to ensure we have the freshest of the fresh. And perhaps most importantly, our staff is the real thing-- warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. This is the place to eat if you want to celebrate with a group of friends and people watch. The Happy Hours has great drink specials and free chips.
