The Zoo is lovely and it is very reasonably priced. Excellent for kids. Take a picnic and picnic in the park (Mitchells Park) in which the Zoo is situated.

2km away and really awesome to relax under a tree with a book.

It is a lovely park for a walk and to take the kids to play in the playground and to the zoo. Also a very nice restaurant there.

This small zoo is next to Blue zoo Restaurant. This park has been a hit with children for the last 40 years. You can easily spend an hour or two here. Entrance last time I checked was around R10 per person. Cash only.
