El Toro serves lunch and dinner and has drink specials. It is what most people expect of a full-service Mexican restaurant from menu to decor. Food is good and plentiful, prices reasonable and you'll always get as many tortilla chips as you want. Staff does speak Spanish which is something I personally require in a Mexican restaurant. Located in a strip mall in downtown Robbinsdale.
