Hike to Mt. Trumpet Fire Tower, trailhead on Old Rt. 28 just outside Phoenicia. You can climb to the top of the tower. Breathtaking views, more challenging but worth it. About 3 hours.

One of the most notable close by hikes. Moderate to hard. Gorgeous views and a fire tower to explore if you make it to the top!

This hiking trail to me was rigorous but the experienced hikers recommended this to us as a easy hike.
