One-of-a-kind “snowless” ski and snowboard facility located on Candler’s Mountain near Liberty. You can rent snowboards, skis, or tube! Be sure to wear long sleeves. Also a fantastic "mountain top" view of Lynchburg if you just want a place with a view!

Liberty University's Snowflex Centre is most definitely worth a visit whether you want to ski or snowboard or ride inner tubes on plastic snow or if you simply want to have a hot cup of coffee in a ski lodge with fantastic views out over Lynchburg from the top of a mountain. It's amazingly easy to get to and well worth the trip.
