It's a store and a restaurant. You can get sandwiches, soda, and ice cream. Downstairs, you can visit the year-round holiday store, full of mostly Halloween & Christmas goodies, but they include other holidays, too. Located in downtown Troutdale, which is fun to peruse on its own merits.
