Trinity is located in one of Carlsbad's best historic buildings. We particularly like grabbing appetizers and wine at the bar! The Caliente Goat Cheese appetizer is not to be missed.

The Trinity Hotel Restaurant was originally built in 1892 as a bank, and over a century later, a brave group of investors decided to save it from many years of decay and turn it into a charming hotel and restaurant. They offer both a selection of fresh steaks and a menu of Italian cuisine, so there’s really something for every taste.
