Ruby’s (15 mins) is a cute little 50s diner style place. The food and coffee is good but not amazing. Friendly owners and a fun vibe though.

It's also a mini-Art Gallery, has amazing coffee, the people are friendly, the breakfast food is fresh, healthy, & delicious! Also an amazing courtyard / outdoor area.
