Great local coffee house serving smooth Equator coffee. Only open till 3 Monday -Friday. Also, a pop-up dumpling shop located directly behind Morning Owl, open from 11-3, M-F. Delicious!!

Good coffee! You can stumble there in the morning - it's just a stone's throw away. There is a food truck behind the building called Dumpling Park that's I've been meaning to try... if you go let me know what it's like!
