Count on loving Covers baked pastries & cookies as well as homemade apple cidar. Their mile high apple pies are the BEST! What I love about this place is the fresh fruit they sell in season, gluten free options, yummie salad bar with a great meal, and the train ride for the kids (and big kids too).

A small steam train runs on weekends, and is a big hit with the kids. Pet and feed the animals, and enjoy a hay maze in the season. The food is fantastic and the “Mile High Apple Pie” is famous

“A little bit of a drive but the Cider is well worth it! Call prior to going and book a tour of a working hard cider property. ”

Ski Area
“The local and fairly priced family ski resort in the area. Locally run and operated for 70 years and spanning from bunny to black, the park has enough features for a fun-filled weekend at a reasonable price. If youre fortunate enough to visit during the week, you may never have to wait for a lift. ”
