Filipinos love meat. No dish exemplifies this more than pochero (beef stew). Kusina Uno, is probably hands down the best pocherohan in the city. It's also open 24 hours which makes it great late night stop which makes it a local favorite.

This is the most Authentic Pochero in Cebu. Their Sizzling pochero is a must try also. It's not highly advertised but true cebuanos know where to eat the best.
