Great village local pub which offers home cooked food. They cater for guests traveling alone, couples, families and groups. The crown is a short 5 minute walk from the pub so you can fill on great food and have a drink without worrying about driving. They also have free wifi.

Located in the heart of Longtown, just a two minute walk from the cottage, the Crown is a traditional family-run country inn, serving traditional pub grub, perfect if you've just finished a long walk or want a warm hearty pie and chips. Great for simple bar snacks or a full restaurant meal. Their Sunday lunch is also popular and reasonably priced.

They have great pub food served either in the bar, restaurant or the outdoor dining area. The menu is huge from light bites, sharing platters to delicious steaks!
