Hidden away in a residential part of Uzes, you need to seek Anthony out if you like macarons. There are a multitude of flavours both sweet and savoury and they literally melt in your mouth. If you want to know how he does it , he also runs workshops.

Fan des macarons Pierre Hermé, j'ai trouvé un concurrent très sérieux. Un vrai délice de macarons.
