Oakland's Third Wave coffee pioneer Blue Bottle took Tokyo by storm in spring 2015: following the February opening of its Fukagawa café and roastery, the company set up shop right by Omotesando Station in early March. With Coutume and friends already in the neighbourhood, Aoyama's caffeine addicts sure have it good.

My favorite from San Francisco. Great coffee, both expresso and dripped. Usually looks crowded but there are always seats somehow.
